1 Month Onilne Gentle Asana Flow Retreat
Join Yogi Vimal from anywhere in the world for this 12 days private (1:1) online retreat that will allow you to deepen your awareness of inner peace. Practice gentle asana (postures), and stretching. Increase flexibility, widen your range of motion, and find a deeper level of inner awareness.
This retreat Is available to all levels of practitioners and does not require any previous experience.
Be prepared for a longer shavasana, a few minutes of meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques).
Classes are three 60-minute online private (1:1) sessions per week for eight weeks via Facebook or Facetime, or WhatsApp, by your preference. The sessions can be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or other days as long as you join three days a week. In case of rescheduling or canceling, a minimum of 24 hours should be given or the class will be charged.
